At PGT ManPowerOEP, we follow a well-defined, transparent recruitment process that protects the interests of both employers and workers. Every step is documented and communicated clearly, ensuring there are no surprises along the way.
The process begins when an employer shares their workforce requirements with us. We carefully analyze the job specifications including the number of positions, skill categories, qualification requirements, experience levels, salary packages, and deployment timelines. Our team works closely with the employer to develop a detailed job description and candidate profile that will guide our recruitment efforts.
Once the requirements are clearly defined, our recruitment team launches targeted sourcing campaigns through multiple channels. We leverage our extensive candidate database, online job portals, social media platforms, print advertisements, and our network of regional recruitment partners across Pakistan. Our goal is to build a strong pool of qualified applicants for each position.
All received applications undergo a rigorous multi-stage screening process. We verify educational credentials, validate experience certificates, conduct background checks, and assess each candidate's suitability against the employer's specifications. Only candidates who meet all criteria are shortlisted for the next stage. Our thorough screening ensures quality and reduces the risk of mismatched placements.
Shortlisted candidates are presented to the employer for final selection through interviews. Depending on the employer's preference, interviews can be conducted in person, via video conference, or through telephone. We coordinate all logistics including scheduling, venue arrangements, and technical setup. The employer makes the final hiring decision, and we communicate the results to all candidates promptly.
Once candidates are selected, our documentation team takes over to prepare all required paperwork. This includes employment contracts, passport processing, educational credential attestation from relevant authorities (HEC, Foreign Office, Embassy), police clearance certificates, and any other documents required by the destination country's immigration regulations. We ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant.
All selected candidates must undergo a comprehensive medical examination at GAMCA-approved medical centers. The medical test includes general health assessment, blood tests, chest X-ray, and screening for infectious diseases as required by the destination country. Candidates who are medically fit receive the health clearance certificate, which is mandatory for visa processing. We coordinate appointment scheduling and guide candidates through the entire process.
With medical clearance in hand, we proceed with visa stamping on the candidate's passport. Our team submits visa applications to the relevant embassy or consulate, along with all supporting documents including the employment contract, medical certificate, and passport. We track the application status and notify candidates once the visa is stamped and ready for travel. The typical visa processing time varies by country but generally takes 5-10 working days.
Before departure, all workers attend a comprehensive pre-departure orientation session at our office. The briefing covers essential information including destination country laws and regulations, workplace culture and expectations, worker rights and protections, emergency contacts and procedures, cultural norms and social customs, and practical tips for daily life abroad. This preparation helps workers transition smoothly into their new environment and perform confidently from day one.
Once all documentation and visa formalities are complete, we arrange travel for the deployed workers. We book flights, coordinate airport pickup at the destination, and ensure that the employer or their representative receives the worker upon arrival. For group deployments, we arrange team travel with a coordinator who accompanies the workers to ensure a smooth journey. All travel arrangements are communicated to both the worker and the employer in advance.
Our commitment does not end with deployment. We maintain regular contact with deployed workers to monitor their welfare and employment conditions. Should any issues arise — whether related to employment terms, workplace conditions, or personal matters — our team is available to assist with mediation and resolution. We also coordinate with employers for any replacement requirements during the probation period and provide ongoing support throughout the contract duration.
